Can we ask for the support of your engineers during the test?

If requested, our engineer will support the customer by receiving the calls during the voice call test for eCall and ERA-GLONASS using an IP phone at YRP site.  Customers are requested to analyze logs, etc. by themselves.

Can we see the facility to consider about the use?


Yes.  Please be informed that, if there is a user on the desired date, we might have to ask you to change the date.

How much is the use fee?

We will give a written estimation after checking the test contents and number of the days required for the tests.
